The ALLPreT consortium consists of academic, non-academic and industrial partners, including members of the food industry, from 8 European countries. The partners have a long-standing track record in the different facets of the complex mechanisms of food allergy, with research projects related to food digestion, in silico modeling, immune models, in vitro and in vivo models, protein chemistry and risk assessment.
