Roquette’s Nutrition & Health Research Department has a team of experts, nutritionists, and toxicologist as well as laboratory capabilities to probe and understand Roquette’s plant-based ingredients. Key persons involved in this ITN will be: 

Laetitia Guerin-Deremaux, PhD, expertise in digestion and nutritional quality of novel foods.

Aouatif Chentouf, PhD, expertise in food safety assessment, genetics and genotoxicology. 

Catherine Lefranc, PhD, expertise in impact assessment of novel foods on nutrition & health.
